Our story starts in
Meadowmont Village
More than 20 years later, that has not changed. Dr. Corey Wilson still leads the practice. Many of our hygienists and team members have been here for a decade or more. And a lot of our patients have been with us for nearly as long, raising kids who now come in for their own cleanings.
It really does feel like one big, happy family. That is the highest compliment we know how to give.

Every plan starts with an honest conversation about what is happening in your mouth, what your options are, and what makes sense for your life and your budget. No pressure, no upsell, no surprise fees on the way out.
Comfort is a feature, not a bonus.
Pillows, blankets, headphones, bottled water, and oral sedation when it helps. We talk you through what we are doing before we do it. If something is not working, tell us, and we will change it.
You won't have to retell your story every six months.
In a lot of dental offices, you see a different hygienist every visit and a different doctor every year. Not here. You will see the same familiar faces appointment after appointment, which means we know your history, your sensitivities, and your goals.
We stand behind our work.
With regular checkups and good home care, if something we placed ever breaks, fails, or does not hold up the way it should, we fix it at no charge. It is a simple promise, and we have built the practice around being able to keep it.
Meet the doctors
Dr. Corey Wilson, DDS
A proud North Carolina native, Dr. Wilson was born and raised in Roxboro. His interest in dentistry began at age 14, when his two front teeth were knocked out playing baseball. Even with all the surgeries, years of orthodontics, and recovery that followed, he came away grateful for the team of dental professionals who put him back together, and inspired to do the same for other people.
Dr. Wilson earned a BS in Chemistry from UNC Chapel Hill, then spent several years as a Research Assistant in the School of Dentistry before completing dental school at UNC Chapel Hill in 2006. He has been in private practice ever since, including 13 years at Meadowmont Dentistry and the last 7 as the practice owner. He focuses on comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, with particular expertise in dental implant restoration, full-mouth reconstruction, and Invisalign.
Dr. Wilson is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), an Invisalign Gold Provider, and a 2022 America's Top Dentist Award recipient. Outside the office, he and his wife Kelly (married 22 years) keep busy with their daughter and two sons, UNC basketball and football, family time on Hyco Lake, and the occasional Disney trip.
Dr. Scott Winokur, DDS
His focus is on truly comprehensive care: general and restorative dentistry, cosmetic work, and the day-to-day relationship-building that makes patients feel known. Dr. Winokur believes dentistry is not just about fixing teeth. It is about changing how people feel about themselves, one healthy smile at a time. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the prestigious Chapel Hill Comprehensive Study Club.
When he is not in the office, you might bump into him on a tennis or pickleball court, wakeboarding, sailing, or kiteboarding.
