For more involved cases, we use Sirona Galileos 3D Cone Beam CT imaging and Galaxis planning software so every step is mapped out before treatment begins. Patients who need surgical placement of implants are referred to our trusted oral surgery partner; we then handle the restorative side once healing is complete.

Sedation & Comfort

Care that feels easy

We know dental visits are not everyone’s favorite part of the week. That is why we offer oral sedation for patients who feel anxious, along with pillows, blankets, noise-cancelling headphones, and bottled water at every appointment. Most patients tell us the visit was much easier than they expected, and a lot of them tell us they actually look forward to coming back.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I come in for a cleaning?

Most patients do best with a cleaning and exam every six months. If you have a history of gum disease or other concerns, we may recommend more frequent visits to keep things on track.

Do you treat children and families?

Yes. We see patients of all ages, including kids. Children’s first visits are relaxed and unhurried, with plenty of time to talk through what to expect, and there is always a goodie bag and a trip to the treasure chest at the end.

What if I have a dental emergency?

Call us at (919) 969-9330 right away. We offer same-day care for most urgent issues and after-hours availability when you need us, whether you are a current patient or new to the practice.

Do you place dental implants?

We restore implants in-house using guided planning with our 3D Cone Beam CT and Galaxis software. For the surgical placement, we refer to our trusted oral surgery partner, and then we complete the final restoration so you get a seamless result with a team you already know.

Are implant consultations free?

Implant consultations include a small fee that covers the 3D CT scan needed for accurate planning. If after review you are not a good candidate for implants, we refund the scan fee. Dr. Wilson is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), so you can feel confident in his implant planning expertise.

Payment and Insurance

Honest, flexible, easy to plan around

We are out of network with all dental insurance plans, but we file claims on your behalf so you only pay your estimated portion at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and most major financing through CareCredit, Sunbit, and Proceed Financial. Custom payment arrangements are also available for qualifying treatment.

Our Treatment Coordinator will walk you through every cost before treatment begins, with no surprises and no pressure.
