Once your first appointment is on the books, you can complete your new patient paperwork right here — health history, consents, and insurance information, all from home. If you would rather fill everything out in the office, that is fine too.

A few practical notes before your visit:

- A fluoride treatment to wrap things up
After the clinical portion, your hygienist and dentist will sit down with you to walk through findings, answer questions, and talk through any treatment recommendations. There is no pressure, just an honest conversation about what is happening in your mouth and what your options are.
From there, you will spend a few minutes with our Treatment Coordinator. She will help you map out the next steps, review the cost of any recommended treatment, and schedule your next appointment at a time that works for you.

Meadowmont Dentistry is out of network with all dental insurance plans. That keeps our recommendations focused on what is best for your health, not your plan. We gladly file claims on your behalf as a courtesy, and you only pay your estimated portion at the time of service.
